Raising a support ticket also does not resolve current account problem
After wasting a lot of time trying to get the current account added to the income tax profile, a support ticket was raised with the income tax department.
They are asking to verifying using email, when only mobile verification option is available.
If the current account is not added to the income tax profile , someone else may be falsely claiming to own the current account and get great powers, monthly government salary.
The icici current account is added to the profile, there is a problem only with the hdfc bank account
